Asheville Head Spa

Appointments

Appointments are reserved specifically for you. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to allow time to settle in and begin your ritual on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to respect the next guest’s appointment.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.

No-shows or missed appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred with proper notice (48+ hours).

Memberships

Memberships are billed monthly and require a valid card on file.

Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable
Unused credits may roll over for one billing cycle unless otherwise stated
Membership benefits reset monthly
A minimum commitment period may apply depending on the membership tier
Cancellation of membership requires written notice prior to the next billing cycle
Packages

Packages are offered at a discounted rate and must be used within the specified timeframe.

Services & Experience

All services are designed as relaxation-focused rituals.

Services do not include blow-drying or styling unless otherwise noted
Each appointment is a private, one-on-one experience
Please inform us of any sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions prior to your service
Add-Ons

Add-ons must be selected at the time of booking or may be added based on availability.

Retail Purchases

All retail sales are final. If there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, repeated no-shows, or failure to follow policies.

Changes to Terms

Asheville Head Spa reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued booking implies acceptance of current policies.
