I'm someone who finds joy in the little things — a crisp mountain trail, a candle flickering in a quiet corner, the first real chill of autumn. Hiking keeps me grounded, and that love of the season eventually led me to start The Chaos Club, where I could channel my obsession with Halloween and handmade design into something I could share. That same spirit shapes the warmth behind Asheville Head Spa.
At home, my squishy-faced nine-year-old rescue Domino reminds me daily to slow down. Whether I'm at a pop-up, a coffee chat, or helping someone finally exhale — genuine connection is always the point.
